This is my everyday review search. Star things I want to keep, then Select All and tag everything else with TransferMe to delete later.
Frustrated Shadows:

Useful for special events when Shadow Pokémon can unlearn the charged move Frustration.
Free to evolve after trading:
+Boldore, +Graveler, +Gurdurr, +Haunter, +Kadabra, +Karrablast, +Machoke, +Phantump, +Pumpkaboo, +Shelmet
You can also use tradeevolve but that doesn't show things further down in the evolutionary chain.
